Spring Nordic ApS

Spring Nordic is a private investment and development company founded in 1988 with the company name CAT. Since then, we have invested DKK 540 million in 264 companies, facilitated investments of DKK 1.7 billion and raised DKK 370 million in soft funding. The investments were through the former governmental Innovation Incubator Scheme as a part of CAPNOVA, and through Spring Nordic Capital Fund. In 2019, we launched as Spring Nordic with a vision to close the financial gap between early soft funding and later venture investments in innovative growth companies.
